Warehouses, distribution centers, manufacturing plants—these buildings don't ask for attention. They just get the job done.
We've built industrial facilities across Arizona and the Southwest that go beyond the standard tilt-up shell. Speculative logistics and multi-tenant flex projects like 303 Logistics Phase II, Airport I-10 Industrial, Van Buren Industrial, and Pima Center Commons. Distribution and manufacturing for Ashley Furniture, Sunstate Equipment, Brooklyn Bedding, Industrial Metal Supply, Performance Machine, and Sportex Safety. Regulated life sciences work including Celgene's aseptic facility and TrialCard Pharmacy. Aerospace manufacturing for Goodrich. Mission-critical tribal infrastructure including SRP-MIC's IT data center and water treatment facility, plus Ak-Chin's central plant and agriculture facilities.
Industrial sits on a spectrum. On one end: speculative warehouses—tilt-up concrete, 32- to 40-foot clear heights, ESFR sprinklers, dock doors, and truck courts. On the other: regulated environments with a different rulebook—cGMP compliance for pharmaceutical work, ISO cleanrooms, aerospace supplier standards, data center redundancy, water treatment process piping, and FDA and EPA coordination. We build across both ends. That's not typical for a Southwest GC.
Tribal utility and infrastructure is a quiet specialty inside our industrial practice. Central plants, water treatment, data centers on sovereign land—BIA coordination, TERO compliance, and design review processes that first-time builders find slow. We've done it enough to move through without losing the schedule.
