Meeting Phoenix's transit-oriented zoning overlay requirements, this 24,000 SF industrial office building goes beyond typical warehouse aesthetics. The pre-engineered metal building features increased glazing along the street frontage, enhanced landscaping for pedestrian shading along Van Buren, and shaded outdoor entry, patio, and seating areas to create a more inviting presence within the urban district.
