We build and renovate hotels, resorts, and casino properties across Arizona, California, Kansas, and the Southwest for major flag operators, tribal gaming enterprises, and independent luxury owners. Marriott brands including Residence Inn, SpringHill Suites, and TownePlace Suites. Hilton brands including Hampton Inn and Hilton Garden Inn. Best Western Plus. WaterWalk Hotel and Apartments in Overland Park. The AAA Four Diamond L'Auberge de Sedona. Tribal-owned properties including Chukchansi Gold Resort and Casino, Cliff Castle Casino Hotel, and Harrah's Ak-Chin Hotel.

Hospitality construction is a scheduling exercise disguised as a building. Every project runs against a hard opening date driven by bookings and revenue forecasts. Every scope layers brand and PIP compliance, guest room prototypes, F&B outlets, meeting and ballroom space, pool and spa amenities, back-of-house infrastructure, life-safety systems, and ADA accessibility. We plan for that in preconstruction, sequencing trades around the guest experience and phasing renovations floor-by-floor on occupied properties so revenue doesn't stop while the building improves.

Tribal casino work adds another layer. Gaming floors coordinate with tribal commissions and NIGC. Cage and vault construction carries its own security standards. Every project runs through tribal sovereignty and TERO coordination. We've built three tribal resort properties and counting.
