Ak-Chin Indian Community Central Plant

Project Size: 10,500 SF

Delivered as a design-build project in just five months, this central plant powers the Ak-Chin Indian Community facilities with three 900-ton Trane chillers, cooling towers, and a plate-and-frame heat exchanger. The 6,000 SF indoor chiller plant is supported by a 5,000 SF outdoor cooling tower yard, with 4,500 SF of administration offices completing the facility.
