Parks and recreation construction: community parks, master-planned amenities, and tribal park facilities
Some of the best memories happen at the park. These spaces are where communities play, compete, and come together.
We build parks, sports facilities, and outdoor amenities across Arizona for master-planned community developers, national homebuilders, tribal nations, and municipalities. Eastmark Great Park Phases I and II in Mesa. Anthem Fields. Verrado Park in Buckeye. Waterston Central at Tri Pointe Homes. Municipal parks including Frontier Family Park and Redmond Field Park. The Ak-Chin "Milton Paul" Antone Park for the Ak-Chin Indian Community.
Park construction looks simple from the parking lot. It isn't. Site grading and drainage built to survive monsoon season. Irrigation and turf sized for Arizona heat. Playground structures and safety surfacing installed to CPSC guidelines. Sports lighting and field striping aligned to the leagues the fields will host. Ramadas, restrooms, concession stands. Splash pads with pumps and treatment. ADA accessibility across every path and play component. We plan for all of it in preconstruction and phase around opening dates tied to community launches, school sports seasons, or summer events no one is willing to move.
Signature parks in master-planned communities are their own product. Eastmark, Verrado, Anthem Fields, Waterston Central—these aren't just amenities. They're the community's identity. The reason families tour homes. The setting for events that build a neighborhood. They have to look right on day one, function for decades, and photograph well for every marketing piece. We build them that way.
