Expanding the Ak-Chin sanitation operations, this project added a 3,000 SF pre-engineered metal workshop equipped with an automotive lift sized for dump trucks, an overhead crane, and new maintenance equipment. A 750 SF breakroom extension and CMU bathroom were added to the existing building. Site improvements across the six-acre property included pole lights, carport lighting, a new retention area with drywells and rip rap, large equipment parking, a new back entry gate with bulldozer track, and a carwash shade canopy.
