Ashley Furniture - Tolleson

Reconfiguring a 217,000 SF warehouse for Ashley Furniture's operations, this tenant improvement added 5,200 SF of new office space within the existing building while reconfiguring another 3,100 SF of existing office area. Various furniture assembling equipment was installed throughout the warehouse, with wrought iron fencing added to the building's exterior.
