Industrial Metal Supply

Ground-up construction delivered a 156,953 SF tilt warehouse for Industrial Metal Supply in Phoenix, featuring a full interior buildout with 10,000 SF of office space and an on-site gym for employees. The project also included 10 acres of site work to support the metal supplier's operations.
