We've built and remodeled grocery stores across Arizona, California, and Nevada for national chains, discount operators, and traditional supermarkets. Seven Sprouts Farmers Market locations in Cave Creek Crossing, Maricopa, Prescott, Scottsdale, Yuma, Garden Grove, and Las Vegas. Trader Joe's in Scottsdale. ALDI in Surprise. Grocery Outlet in Brentwood and Chino Hills. Projects for Bashas' and Safeway.

Grocery is one of the most system-heavy scopes in commercial construction. Multi-zone refrigeration and freezers, glycol and CO₂ platforms, walk-in coolers, reach-in cases, meat and seafood prep rooms, produce misting, bakery and deli ovens, prepared-foods kitchens, loading docks, grease traps, floor drains—and HVAC that has to hold conditions with hot ovens and cold cases running in the same building. We coordinate all of it in preconstruction so commissioning, health department sign-off, fixture install, and grand-opening merchandising hit the corporate date—not each other.

Most of our grocery work is program work. National operators run on prototypes, preferred vendors, and coordinated calendars. They need contractors who can execute the same store the same way across multiple states without a learning curve. That's what our seven-store Sprouts run looks like.
