Celgene Aseptic Facility Upgrade
Upgrading an aseptic facility while maintaining contamination control and operational flow requires careful phasing. Phase 1 built out new men's and women's locker rooms, a control room, multiple staging and training rooms, and a material airlock. Phase 2 addressed airflow corrections in the aseptic filling room with low wall returns and capped HEPA supplies, relocated the control room, added new de-gown and material-out airlocks, removed old locker rooms, created storage space, and upgraded the main corridor leading into the manufacturing area.
