We are excited to unveil the design of the new Fort Mojave Apartments! The 80-unit, residential community is situated on approximately 3.75 acres located within the Fort Mojave Indian Reservation in Mohave Valley, Arizona. The community features four, two-story contemporary buildings, featuring natural colors and materials, that showcase the Tribe’s vision for a visually striking space that is also connected to the surrounding landscape. Each building includes a communal lounge area that promotes community-focused living and social interaction, with open and inviting spaces that create a welcoming atmosphere for residents. The clubhouse offers a range of amenities, including an office, Amazon locker room, kitchen, as well as three open workstations for residents who want to work or study in a public area. The covered exterior porch and outdoor barbecue pavilions provide additional spaces for residents to relax and socialize with neighbors.
