Fort Mojave Thalypo Convenience Store and Fueling Station

A 6,000 SF fueling station built for volume and variety. The seven-lane canopy handles everything from sedans to semis, with a dedicated truck and RV canopy separating commercial and passenger vehicle traffic. Inside, a smoke shop, slot machines, and diverse food and beverage offerings create revenue streams that don't depend on fuel margins. Fueling infrastructure includes four islands with eight pumps at the primary station. The site demanded serious coordination: 5.21 acres carefully graded across two zones—3.6 acres for the main store and fueling area, 1.61 acres for the truck and RV canopy. Off-site improvements enhanced regional access and traffic flow, essential for high-volume fueling operations.
