Laying the groundwork for a future 63-acre, 10-parcel auto complex required significant infrastructure across the site. The scope included wet and dry utilities with approximately 5,000 linear feet of waterline and sewer and over 9,000 linear feet of electrical conduit, along with several large entry monuments. Earthwork covered retention basins and 700 linear feet of underground storage systems. Road improvements added a new street, 89th Street, along with upgrades to Pima Road.
