SRP-MIC Talking Stick Golf Club

This design-build phased GMP project expanded Talking Stick's golf and event facilities across two phases while honoring the property's Pima-Maricopa inspired architectural identity.

Phase 1 delivered two new buildings: a 3,386 SF Golf Academy with three hitting bays, conference room, and covered outdoor space providing an all-weather teaching environment, and a 908 SF Sandwich House with golf starter station, snack service, restrooms, and covered patio positioned along the cart path with sightlines to the 1st tee.

Phase 2 transformed the existing Clubhouse through a complete remodel and expansion, enclosing 3,000 SF of outdoor area, adding 5,000 SF of new event space, and creating a grand entry gallery featuring a custom culture wall showcasing the history of Talking Stick and the surrounding region.

Additional improvements include new restrooms and a bridal room, upgrades to dining, pro shop, kitchen, and locker rooms, and 20,000 SF of new patio space designed for large wedding venues with Pima-Maricopa inspired pavestone, fixtures, trellis canopies, and building details throughout.
