Harrah’s Ak-Chin Hotel and Pool Renovation

Harrah's Ak-Chin underwent a comprehensive property upgrade across both its hotel and pool amenities. The hotel renovation refreshed 148 guest room suites and corridors with new furniture, wall coverings, crown molding, flooring, doors, hardware, upgraded HVAC systems, and data lines, along with a roof replacement and new security system—all delivered on an aggressive five-and-a-half-month schedule. The pool renovation replaced the existing pool with a larger zero beach entry design, swapped the swim-up bar for an upgraded version, added three spas in place of a single large one, expanded the hardscape for additional guest seating, and outfitted cabanas with TVs, Wi-Fi, and misting systems.
