Project Size: 22,000 SF

A.R. Mays Construction delivered multiple tenant improvement projects across Southern California for Grocery Outlet, converting existing retail spaces into new grocery stores. Exterior work included new auto entry doors, storefront, canopy, paint, and stucco. At the same time, interior improvements covered new walls, finishes, offices, and MEP systems to bring each location to Grocery Outlet standards.
