Project Size: 26,205 SF

Transforming a vacant 24,130 SF Bed Bath & Beyond into a fully operational ALDI grocery store required a complete interior reinvention while updating the building's exterior presence. The tenant improvement scope included interior demolition, facade enhancements, front hardscape remodeling, minor site improvements, installation of owner-provided equipment, and MEP modifications to support the new grocery operation.
