Eastmark Great Park Phase II

Phase II of Eastmark's Great Park introduces the Orange Monster, a nine-foot tall, half-acre play element designed to draw families from across the community. Supporting infrastructure includes a pump house enclosure and restroom building, along with landscape, irrigation, hardscape, electrical, water and sewer extensions, and park signage to continue building out this growing community destination.
