Las Vegas, Nevada

Renovating two 10-story apartment complexes required a comprehensive approach spanning interiors, exteriors, and site improvements. Vegas Towers received three interior lobby renovations, a new property entrance with a monument sign and guard station, a new courtyard and pool, facade updates to both towers, and 3.5 acres of site work to refresh the entire community.
