A 14,665 SF theater conversion brought the Studio Movie Grill dine-in cinema concept to life with a full dining kitchen, indoor bar lounge, self-serve beer area, upgraded A/V system, new exterior signage, and refreshed finishes throughout. The renovation transformed a traditional theater into a full-service entertainment and dining destination.
