Stellar Airpark - Public Storage

Going both above and below grade, Stellar Airpark Public Storage maximizes a 3.14-acre site at the corner of Chandler Boulevard and Juniper Drive. The 146,011 SF facility features four levels of climate-controlled storage—two above ground and two below—along with a rental office on the main level. The project transformed previously undeveloped land within Stellar Business Park Center into a modern, fully climate-controlled storage destination.
