Rising from a four-acre site in Gilbert, this two-story, 44,730 SF shell medical office building features Type IIB construction with concrete footings and foundations, tilt panel exterior walls accented by metal panel and tile, steel and bar joist structure, and storefront windows. Site work included earthwork, parking, stormwater management, and utility infrastructure to prepare the building for future medical tenant buildout.
