We're proud to highlight the completion of Brooklyn Bedding's nearly 300,000 SF manufacturing expansion in #Glendale, #Arizona. This project added significant foam production capacity while allowing the existing manufacturing facility to remain fully operational throughout construction. Achieving that required detailed planning, constant communication, and close collaboration between our team, the owner, and our project partners. Project highlights: ✔️ 286,291 SF pre-engineered metal production facility ✔️ 4,575 SF Tank Farm 2 structure ✔️ Site-wide infrastructure improvements ✔️ Zero disruption to ongoing manufacturing operations

Starting at 3:30 AM, our team placed freight containers at Jefferson House in Peoria’s Arts District, a courtyard venue bringing together local food, independent retail, live entertainment, and community events in one open-air space. 𝗡𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗹𝘆 𝟯𝟬𝟬,𝟬𝟬𝟬 𝗦𝗙 𝗼𝗳 𝗻𝗲𝘄 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗱𝘂𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗰𝗮𝗽𝗮𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆. 𝗭𝗲𝗿𝗼 𝗱𝗮𝘆𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝗱𝗶𝘀𝗿𝘂𝗽𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗱𝘂𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻. The @brooklynbedding expansion in Glendale, Arizona is complete, and that second number is the one we're most proud of. Expanding an active manufacturing facility means your client's business never stops. Every helicopter pick, every concrete pour, every systems tie-in has to be sequenced around a live production floor. The margin for disruption is razor-thin. What made this possible was the discipline of our project team: daily onsite coordination with plant operations, weekly OAC meetings to stay ahead of conflicts, and a scheduling approach built around the client's production calendar, not just our construction milestones. When we talk about client-centered delivery, this is what it looks like in practice. Proud to keep building in Arizona's growing industrial market alongside partners like @deutscharchitecturegroup.

Mays Construction has grown into an employee-owned firm with more than 1,200 completed projects across 26 states, two offices in Scottsdale and Rancho Cucamonga, and one of the most experienced teams in the industry.   As an ESOP company, every team member has a direct stake in our success, and that ownership mindset shows up in the quality of our work and the strength of our relationships.   As Adam puts it: “We are in position to achieve more now than ever. We have in place the strongest, most experienced, dedicated leaders to accomplish whatever aspirations we put before ourselves.”   Cheers to four decades.
