Society Swan

Transforming a former Kona Grill into Society Swan required a complete rethinking of the two-story, 6,340 SF restaurant space at Scottsdale Fashion Square Mall. The tenant improvement includes a new interior storefront within the mall, enclosure of the 1,285 SF covered outdoor dining patio on Level 2, and plastering of the CMU wall along the ADA ramp at the entrance. Interior updates cover new partitions, doors, finishes, millwork, furnishings, and equipment, with upgrades to mechanical, electrical, lighting, plumbing, and structural systems throughout.
