Designed as the central gathering place for the Skyline Village subdivision, this 6,842 SF single-story clubhouse promotes community engagement, health, and recreation for homeowners. The facility features a fitness room, a health and wellness room, office space, and a small non-commercial kitchen for community events. A semi-public outdoor pool anchors the outdoor amenities, supported by a separate 661 SF pool mechanical room for efficient maintenance and operation.
