Scottsdale Fashion Square Office Building

Scottsdale, Arizona

Refreshing a 71,401 SF office building in one of Scottsdale's premier retail destinations required updates that match the Fashion Square standard. Interior renovations transformed the lobby, restrooms, and corridors. At the same time, exterior work addressed the back plaza and added minor façade upgrades, including EIFS and steel canopies, to sharpen the building's street presence.
