Playa Del Norte

Stacking two levels of parking between ground-floor offices and three upper stories of Class A office space takes some engineering confidence. Playa Del Norte rises six stories near Tempe Town Lake, delivering 165,229 SF of post-tensioned construction with executive parking at ground level, two floors of structured parking above, and three floors of office space on top. The scope included the full six-story shell, lobby area, elevators, and HVAC, along with 2.32 acres of site work covering the exterior parking lot and landscape.
