Renovating an existing three-story brick masonry building in Phoenix's Biltmore Area, Pioneer Title's headquarters delivers 35,000 SF of office space for more than 75 employees atop a single-level underground parking garage with 71 stalls. The interior draws from a rustic, vintage aesthetic with natural oak, clean lines, a monochromatic palette, and brass accents that reflect the client's legacy and core values. Infrastructure upgrades included electrical and data wiring, underground sanitary sewer replacement, new plumbing, fixtures, and HVAC throughout. Updated core areas cover conference rooms, break rooms, training rooms, mail rooms, and electrical/telecommunications rooms. Employee amenities include a 1,300 SF fitness center with lockers and showers, kitchen space, and a 780 SF game room.
