Park 10 in Avondale developed across multiple phases, delivering over 41,500 SF of shell retail buildings along with a 6,125 SF Barrio Queen restaurant and a building pad for Portillo's. The 8-acre development included phased site work, masonry retail construction, and two offsite deceleration lanes to support traffic flow into the growing retail destination.
