Novus Place

Novus Place delivered four simultaneous projects on a single site to create Arizona State University's central dining and entertainment destination. The signature shade canopy serves as the visual anchor, a sculptural structure designed as Arizona's answer to Chicago's Bean that doubles as a performance stage after a full year of engineering and design collaboration. Alongside the canopy, three Fox Restaurant Concepts were built concurrently, each with complete kitchen installations, custom finishes, and coordinated MEP systems. Two restaurants transferred to Cheesecake Factory ownership upon completion, adding another layer of stakeholder coordination. Managing four separate inspection schedules, occupancy timelines, and ownership review processes in one shared construction zone required distinct trade teams for each restaurant, daily coordination meetings, and a collaborative framework that kept all four components moving toward a unified opening.
