Murphy-Wilmot Library

Recognized as a Modern Architecture Preservation Project of Tucson, Murphy-Wilmot Library underwent a 17,753 SF renovation and 4,600 SF expansion that honored its mid-century design while upgrading for modern use. The scope included major structural rehabilitation to accommodate below-grade MEP systems, complete site renovations, and new decorative glass and precast elements on the exterior facades.
