Converting a former supermarket into a fitness destination, this 50,500 SF tenant improvement within Scottsdale Towne Center delivers Mountainside Fitness's largest single-level facility. The design includes three group fitness studios, a tiered cardio platform, a strength floor with an outdoor workout area, a basketball court, and the M Café. A large childcare area and dedicated kids' studio with theater and gaming zone support families, while well-appointed locker rooms feature a cold plunge, sauna, and steam rooms.
