Mountain Vista Marketplace

Mountain Vista Marketplace in Mesa developed across two phases, delivering a combined 177,052 SF of retail space. Phase I included the construction and buildout of a 30,000 SF Sprouts Farmers Market and two retail buildings on 10 acres, with four pads reserved for future growth. Phase II expanded the center with 129,052 SF across two buildings featuring clean, contemporary facades with varying parapet heights and horizontal forms. The expansion accommodates national and regional tenants including Black Rock Coffee Bar, First Watch Restaurants, and CycleBar. Site improvements included utility expansion and modification, new hardscape, paving, and parking facilities throughout.
