Mirabel Desert Lodge Clubhouse Renovation

Featured in Golf Inc. as 2021 Clubhouse Renovation of the Year, The Mirabel Desert Lodge Clubhouse project delivered a comprehensive upgrade across dining, fitness, and wellness amenities. The renovation added new indoor and outdoor peninsula bars, expanded casual and patio dining with additional fire pits, a private dining room, and two glass-walled wine rooms. The commercial kitchen was enlarged and upgraded for increased capacity and efficiency. The fitness center doubled in size with an additional 2,400 SF dedicated to stretching, free weights, Pilates, and group classes, while locker rooms were updated and expanded to accommodate more salon and spa services. Exterior improvements included refreshed landscaping, improved lighting, and water features at the front entrance, along with four new pickleball courts added to the Tennis & Racquet Center.
