This full-service facility pairs 14 auto fueling stations with nine dedicated truck fueling positions, an 8,753 SF convenience store, and a 2,949 SF Arby's with drive-through. Truckers find what they need between hauls: restrooms, laundry, and showers built for life on extended routes. The integrated 8,515 SF Speedco truck maintenance building keeps two service bays on-site for light mechanical work, cutting downtime before it costs miles. A dog park gives drivers and their road companions a place to stretch. Site planning coordinated multiple building programs, utility systems, and traffic patterns to keep commercial and passenger vehicles moving without conflict.
