This full-service facility pairs 12 auto fueling stations with eight dedicated truck fueling positions, plus a 9,460 SF convenience store and a 3,165 SF Arby's with drive-through. Drivers find real amenities—restrooms, laundry, and showers—that acknowledge the demands of long-haul logistics. The integrated 11,972 SF Speedco truck maintenance building adds three service bays for light mechanical work on-site, cutting downtime and keeping fleets on schedule. Even the dog park was intentional. Site planning coordinated multiple building programs, utility systems, and traffic patterns to keep trucks and passenger vehicles circulating efficiently without crossing paths.
