An 11,756 SF convenience store and a 3,311 SF Arby's with drive-through keep travelers fueled in every sense. Drivers get the amenities that matter: restrooms, laundry, and showers designed around the realities of long-haul life. The integrated 11,228 SF Speedco truck maintenance building puts three service bays on-site for light mechanical work, keeping fleets moving instead of waiting. A dog park rounds out the driver experience. Site planning coordinated multiple building programs, expanded fueling infrastructure, utility systems, and traffic patterns to maintain efficient circulation across the entire operation.
