Transforming 60,000 SF of former corporate office space into a curated mix of dining, retail, and Diversified Partners' own 10,000 SF headquarters, Phase 1 brings an ambitious vision to McCormick Ranch's lakefront. Restaurants will range from 5,400 SF to 10,400 SF, with three featuring expansive patios between 3,000 and 4,000 SF overlooking the water. Up to seven retail tenants will round out the experience, with health and wellness concepts, salon, longevity center, and boutique retail in the mix.
