Part of Peoria's downtown revitalization efforts, The Jefferson House brings a 5,653 SF food and shopping destination to the historic district at 83rd Avenue and Jefferson Street. The project joins a growing collection of local businesses in the area, including the addition of a Caldwell County BBQ outpost, contributing to the transformation of this low-slung historic neighborhood into a walkable dining and retail destination.
