Gateway Village Buildings

Three ground-up shell retail buildings totaling 20,000 SF establish the foundation of Gateway Village in Avondale, supported by over 10 acres of site work. We also returned to complete the tenant improvement for Café Zupas, taking one of the spaces from shell to operating restaurant.
