Floor & Decor – Murrieta

Converting a former Burlington Coat Factory into an 81,000 SF Floor & Decor required adapting the existing retail shell for a flooring showroom's unique demands. The scope included minor hardscape and exterior envelope modifications along with re-roofing to prepare the building for its new retail tenant.
