The Encanto Storage project transformed a 3.78-acre vacant parcel into a modern self-storage development featuring multiple single-story buildings with approximately 83,807 square feet of interiorized storage space and a 1,350 SF rental office.
A.R. Mays successfully navigated complex offsite coordination and site logistics, including the early transition of offsite improvements to the City of Buckeye and a separate general contractor. Strategic planning around large retention tanks and heavy equipment limitations helped maintain construction sequencing and schedule. BIM modeling was also utilized to coordinate MEP systems, finishes, and building components, while strong collaboration among the owner, design team, and trade partners helped drive the project to successful completion.
