Workforce housing meets remote-work reality at this 129-unit community in Tempe, located at Fifth Street and Farmer Avenue. The development integrates with two existing office buildings and a new pocket park to create a mixed-use environment. Amenities cater to today's hybrid workers with conference rooms equipped with green screens, private meeting rooms, and dedicated workspaces alongside a fitness center, dog-friendly areas, and a game room. Pedestrian-friendly landscaping and walkable access to light rail and streetcar connect residents to the broader urban network.
