CityNorth

Laying the groundwork for a 96-acre mixed-use development in Phoenix's Desert Ridge area, we completed all infrastructure work for CityNorth. At full buildout, the development may include up to 2,500 residential units, 2,000,000 SF of office space, 500 hotel rooms, and 100,000 SF of retail.
