City at Surprise Business Park | Surprise, AZ

Developing a 60-acre mixed-use business park in Surprise required site work that went beyond typical grading and utilities—including the relocation of a canal. In addition to site development, we delivered the vertical construction of a two-story, 56,000 SF Class A office building to establish the park's first major tenant-ready space.
