A.R. Mays Strengthens Jobsite Safety with Launch of Safirst ONE

Better Training. Better Tools. Safer Jobsites.

PHOENIX, ARIZONA (September 16, 2026) – A.R. Mays Construction continues to invest in the training, resources, and technology that help keep our people safe and our projects running efficiently. As part of our ongoing commitment to safety, our superintendents recently came together for another session of our bi-monthly training program, continuing this year’s focus on civil construction.

The session gave our teams a chance to share real-world lessons learned, discuss work sequencing strategies, and strengthen the knowledge and tools they rely on to manage safe, efficient projects from start to finish.

The training also marked the rollout of Safirst ONE, a new centralized safety app Safirst developed in response to A.R. Mays’ need for a single, accessible hub for critical safety documentation and resources.

Safirst ONE brings key safety resources together in one location, including:

  • Weekly site inspections

  • Safety Data Sheets (SDS)

  • The A.R. Mays Safety Manual

  • Toolbox talks

  • Training certificates

  • Trade-specific safety training

By consolidating these resources into a single platform, Safirst ONE gives our teams quicker access to the information they need while supporting consistency in safety practices across our jobsites.

The rollout represents another step in A.R. Mays’ continued investment in technology and training designed to support our people and strengthen safety in the field.

One app. One source of truth. One more step toward keeping our people safe and our projects running strong.
