Blanco Cocina + Cantina – Paradise Valley

Adding to the Paradise Valley Mall redevelopment, Blanco Cocina + Cantina delivers 7,000 SF of indoor dining alongside a 4,400 SF covered patio designed for year-round use. The single-story restaurant seats up to 252 guests, featuring a stainless steel cook line at its core, a spacious bar with custom lighting that connects to the patio, and large storefront windows with a sliding glass door that blur the line between indoor and outdoor dining. The covered patio includes a fireplace and ample seating for Arizona's outdoor dining season.
