Alloy Midtown Apartments

Forging two distinct structures into one community, Alloy Midtown combines selective demolition of an existing parking garage, a new four-story podium deck apartment building, and an adaptive reuse conversion of the former Phoenix DEA headquarters. The structural steel office building was stripped and transformed into modern urban loft apartments, while the adjacent new construction uses light gauge framing for contemporary units. Together, the 171-unit community features resort-style amenities including a heated and cooled infinity-edge pool, 24/7 fitness center, yoga studio, meditation courtyard, rooftop deck, and remote working lounge.
