Ak-Chin Elder Center Building Expansion

Expanding and remodeling an existing 6,550 SF elder facility, this project addresses the growing needs of the Ak-Chin senior community. The addition includes two large activity rooms, with the existing courtyard enclosed to create a third activity room and dedicated fitness space. Dining and kitchen areas will be expanded, along with new conference rooms and support spaces. Updates to the existing multi-use spaces, offices, and dining areas will enhance accessibility and functionality throughout. Landscape improvements feature new tree and shrub plantings that complement the site's undisturbed natural areas.
