A.R. Mays Construction starts the new ground up FatCats, 61,040 SF family entertainment center with eight theaters, 20 bowling lanes, arcade, nine-hole glow in the dark mini golf, party room, virtual reality area, bar and restaurant. Includes 6 acre site with typical retail parking lot, featuring a Stormed retention system.

Completed – Westgate Healthcare Campus

A.R. Mays Construction completes Phase II construction on the 22 acre site consisting of a one-story, 13,896 SF medical office building. Construction consists of box ribbed panel and steel accents, honed finish block, accents of steel, glass, and other materials to compliment the facades.

New Work – Alloy Midtown

A.R. Mays Construction begins a new 4-story above grade, podium deck apartment building, along with an adaptive reuse conversion of an existing 4-story office building to apartments. Completed – Village Grove at Verrado

Village Grove at Verrado is complete. Construction included three retail shell buildings totaling 35,573 SF, including a build-out of an Ace Hardware. The project also includes 4.2 acres of sitework.

Completed – Pavilion Plaza West

A.R. Mays Construction completes construction of Pavilion Plaza West, a new 24,605 SF Sprouts Farmers Market. The project is part of Pavilion Plaza West, a 7.2-acre site that will involve the demolition of a former Von’s grocery store and the construction of three additional retail buildings totaling 37,529 SF and a building pad for future use.

New Work – Sterling Grove Shops & Site

Construction of a 19-acre retail site project. Included in the initial scope of work of the 105,790-square-foot, grocery-anchored retail center is 19 acres of site infrastructure and 20,000 SF of retail space.

Completed – Halsten Clubroom
